What this covers

This notice covers information submitted through the Smooth Flow OS Early Access form. Smooth Flow Consultancy is responsible for deciding how that information is used.

What we collect

We collect your name, work email, organisation, role, organisation or team size, preferred participation type and the organisational problem you choose to describe.

Why we use it

We use this information to assess whether there is a useful fit for the validation programme, contact you about participation, plan relevant research conversations and understand aggregate interest in the product. We do not treat feedback as an automatic product decision.

Our basis and sharing

We process your submission with your consent and for our legitimate interest in researching and developing Smooth Flow OS. Netlify processes form submissions as our hosting provider. We do not sell your personal information or use your submission for unrelated advertising.

Retention and security

We retain submissions only while they are useful for Early Access assessment, research follow-up and reasonable business records, then delete or anonymise them. No internet service can promise absolute security, but access should be limited to people who need it for this work.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw from future contact. Use the contact route through smoothflowconsultancy.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully.

Research conversations

If a later conversation involves recording, additional sensitive information or different research use, we will explain that separately and ask before it happens. Please do not include confidential, personal or security-sensitive information in the initial form.
